Ingredients:
250g Pure Icing sugar (do not use soft icing mixture)
500g Butter at room temperature
1tsp thickened cream or milk (optional)
1tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Beat butter on high speed using an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. The longer you beat the butter, the lighter the butter cream will be.
- Add in the sifted icing sugar a little at a time until fully combined.
- Add the vanilla extract, and continue mixing.
- Add cream or milk depending on the required consistency for your project.
