Collaboration with Thames and Hudson publishing – Sasha, marketing executive of Thames and Hudson Australia, approached me a few weeks ago, asking if i would take part in a baking challenge for, “The Art of Cake”, a book by a Melbourne based artist Alice Oehr.
I received the book, and with a flick through the pages, I knew instantly, that the cake I would bake, would be a Raspberry Lemonade Sponge cake.
